As İLKO Pharmaceuticals, we believe that it is only possible to form a happy society when it is supported by healthy families and healthy individuals contributing positive added value to life. With our more than 50 years of experience, and our knowledge handed down from generation to generation, we take firm steps towards our global targets. We make new investments and undertake leading projects to bring innovation to the industry.
We are dedicated to embracing the sustainability policy; while continuing our operations, we remain aware of our social responsibilities to create happy societies and to design future today.
For us, ‘İLKO Family’ is not just a conceptual saying within the frame of Corporate Social Responsibility, but also gradual expansion of the waves caused by a rock thrown into water. Our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy;
- Primarily represents our human resources policy offering equal opportunities for our employees, being at the center of the İLKO Family, occupational safety, social rights and facilities, working conditions, and our dedication to from a happy society.
- Another circle of İLKO Family is consisted of business partners. It is the firm's priority to fully comply with the laws enforced in the territories and countries it operates. Among our business partners, our customer groups with which we keep our interaction and for whom we undertake the prioritized product/service supply, Public Institutions, Non-Governmental Organizations, academic communities, environmental unions represent the level of happiness of people on whom we make an impact by touching their health.
- Another expanding circle of İLKO Family represents the social responsibility activities the firm conducts to design the future. In this respect, along with Selçuklu Holding, our parent company, our learning and cultural and art activities we conduct under the roof of Mustafa Öncel Foundation take the lead. Scholarships covering higher education are the key to access the future. The scholarship programs continuously offered by Mustafa Öncel Foundation, Mustafa Öncel Primary School, Kamer Öncel Occupational Technical Anatolian High School, Mustafa Öncel Culture and Sports Complex are diligent steps taken towards building the future. Projects developed together with academic communities represent the development and continuation of innovative culture. The projects conducted for sociocultural development together with various foundations, including Tohum Autism Foundation, TEMA, TURMEPA and Turkish Education Foundation, serve as models.
- Sustainable environment policies have an important role among the expanding circles of İLKO Family. Environmentalism, environment management systems, preserving fresh water sources, waste management, recycling, sustainable energy management are among the most important issues we handle.
